Fellowship

What if the city became your classroom?

StoryPOV.Hub is Indias first immersive storytelling fellowship for people who want to stop consuming stories and start noticing, shaping and publishing their own.

Across four days, fellows step into the city, observe real people and places, work through guided storytelling exercises, receive live feedback, and build one complete story from first observation to final edit.

Four days. One story. A different way of seeing.

This isn’t four days of sitting in a classroom. You step into the city, observe, explore, write, receive feedback, and shape an idea into a finished story.

DAY 01 — OBSERVE

Step into the city with a storyteller’s eye. Notice people, places, details, behaviour and the small moments most people walk past.

DAY 02 — IMAGINE

Turn what you’ve observed into story. Build characters, discover what they want, find the tension, and begin shaping the raw material into a narrative.

DAY 03 — WRITE

Put the story on the page. Work through dialogue, emotion, conflict and structure, then receive live feedback as your story takes shape.

DAY 04 — PUBLISH

Edit, refine and finish. Turn your draft into a complete story, share it with the room, and take the first step towards seeing your work published.

More than writing. Learn how stories work.

Storytelling isn’t just about putting beautiful sentences on a page. It’s about learning to see, understand people, find tension, build characters, create emotion and shape an experience that another person wants to stay inside.

OBSERVATION

Learn to notice what most people walk past …. behaviour, details, places, gestures, conversations and the small moments where stories hide.
CHARACTER
Learn how to build characters who want something, face something, and make us care what happens to them.
CONFLICT
Find the tension inside a story, what your characters want, what stands in their way, and why it matters.
DIALOGUE
Write dialogue that sounds like people, reveals character and moves the story forward.
EMOTION
Understand how stories make people feel and how to create emotional weight without forcing it.
EDITING
Learn to cut, sharpen and refine your story until every part earns its place.

What if your storytelling could become your ?

We don’t want you to leave StoryPOV.Hub knowing how to write a story but not knowing what to do with it.

During the fellowship, you’ll learn practical ways storytellers can turn their craft into income through publishing, books, workshops, courses, ghostwriting, editing, consulting, brand collaborations, digital products, communities and other storytelling-led work.

We’ll show you the pathways, the platforms, the numbers and the first steps.

Because craft is only the beginning. What you build with it is up to you

You don’t leave with just notes.

You leave with something you’ve actually made.

You leave with something you’ve actually made.

A FINISHED STORY
One complete, publication-ready story shaped from observation to final edit.
A STORYTELLER’S TOOLKIT
Practical frameworks, templates and tools you can continue using long after the fellowship ends.
A PUBLISHING PATHWAY
A clear understanding of how your story moves from finished draft towards publication.
A MONETISATION ROADMAP
Practical pathways for turning storytelling into work, income and opportunities.
A CREATIVE COMMUNITY
Nineteen other people who have spent the same four days seeing, writing and creating alongside you.
A NEW WAY OF SEEING
Because once you learn to notice stories, the city never looks quite the same again.

Some fellows come back.

StoryPOV.Hub doesn’t have to end when your four days are over.

At the end of each fellowship, we identify two exceptional fellows who have demonstrated the curiosity, responsibility, people skills and spirit we value.

They get the opportunity to return for the next fellowship as paid StoryPOV Associates working alongside the team and helping the next cohort experience what they have just learned.

₹5,000 honorarium + travel + accommodation

Learn it. Live it. Return. Help build the next batch

Who is this fellowship for?

You don’t need to call yourself a writer to belong here. You need to be curious about people, obsessed with stories, and willing to look at the world differently.

YOU MIGHT BE…

  • An aspiring writer with stories you’ve never finished.
  • A content creator who wants to move beyond content and into narrative.
  • A filmmaker, actor or creator who wants to understand character, conflict and emotion more deeply.
  • A journalist, copywriter or creative professional who wants to sharpen the craft of storytelling.
  • Someone carrying a story you’ve been meaning to tell for years.

If you notice things other people miss, wonder about people you don’t know, and keep thinking “there’s a story here” you’re probably in the right place.

Twenty stories. One book.

The fellowship doesn’t end with a folder of unfinished drafts.

The stories created during the fellowship move into an editorial and publishing process, bringing the voices of the cohort together in a collective anthology.

Your story gets edited. Your name gets published. And you leave with a book that carries the work of your cohort.

Why StoryPOV.Hub?

NOT ANOTHER WRITING CLASS
The city is your classroom. The people around you are your material. And the story you create is your final project.
ONLY 20 FELLOWS
Small enough for everyone to be seen, heard and meaningfully supported.
LIVE, NOT RECORDED
You don’t just watch someone teach storytelling. You practice it, get feedback and do the work.
FROM CRAFT TO CAREER
We take the journey beyond writing into publishing, monetisation and what comes next.

Everything you need to enter the experience fully.

Your fellowship fee includes:

  • ✓Complete Storyteller Toolkit
  • ✓ Meals and Snacks across all four days
  • ✓ Guided field exercises
  • ✓ Live mentoring
  • ✓ Peer + mentor feedback
  • ✓ Printed storytelling templates
  • ✓ Graduation evening + celebration dinner
  • ✓ Publishing / anthology pathway
  • ✓ Monetisation roadmap
  • ✓ One complimentary copy of the anthology

(Travel and accommodation are not included and are arranged separately by fellows.)

And then, you tell the story.

The fellowship ends outside around a table, over food and conversation, in a beautiful café with the people who came to cheer you on.

On the final evening, we bring the fellows, their families and the StoryPOV.Hub community together for an intimate open mic. Each fellow gets the chance to step up, share their story, and hear it land in a room full of people.

Not a graduation ceremony. A night to remember.
Because a story isn’t truly finished until someone else has heard it.

No. StoryPOV.Hub is an immersive storytelling fellowship. The learning happens through observation, fieldwork, writing, feedback and publishing  not just through classroom teaching.
